What is Bliss AI?
Bliss AI is an AI-powered assistant built into the ERP itself, not a general chatbot in another tab. It has no separate copy of your data: it looks things up in the same records your team works in, so its answers match your trial balance, statements and stock reports. Open it from the Bliss AI button in the app and type — or ask the way you speak: “Bliss, Khan Brothers ka balance?”
How Bliss AI works
- You ask a question or give an instruction in everyday language, with a file attached if needed.
- Bliss AI picks the right lookup — party balances, a ledger, a financial statement, stock, an HR summary, a trend or a forecast.
- It checks your permission — it can only read the modules and data your user role can open.
- It replies with the answer, a table or chart, a button to open the exact screen, or a draft for you to confirm.

Supplier bills, checked before you post
Attach a photo or PDF of a supplier bill and ask Bliss AI to check it. It reads the bill and checks the arithmetic, looks for the same bill entered before, matches it to the purchase order and goods receipt, compares prices with what you agreed and warns if the supplier’s bank account looks different. Forecasts and early warnings
- Cash outlook — cash and bank today plus expected customer receipts, minus supplier bills and salaries, for the next 1–6 months.
- Sales forecast — the next months of sales, purchases, revenue, expenses or profit from your own history.
- Stock run-out — when each item will run out at its recent rate of use, and how much to reorder.
- Late payers — customers most likely to pay late, scored from their overdue invoices, so recovery starts with the right calls.
Bliss AI prepares, you confirm
Ask Bliss AI to “raise a PO to Mehran Ceramics for 200 cartons” or “journal voucher for October rent” and it prepares a preview — supplier or customer, items, quantities, accounts and amounts. Nothing is saved until you press confirm. Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sales orders, journal vouchers and approval decisions all work this way, and each one still follows your approval workflow, accounting periods and audit trail.
