How the AI in Barkah works

The AI in Barkah is called Bliss AI. When you ask it something, four things happen:

2. It looks up your live data — ledgers, invoices, stock, payroll or approvals — using the same records you see on screen.
3. It respects your role — a sales user cannot ask for salaries if their role cannot open payroll. Bliss AI sees only what the person asking is allowed to see.
4. It answers or prepares — a direct answer, a table or chart, a button to open the right screen, or a draft document that is saved only when you confirm.

FBR digital invoicing with an AI ERP

For businesses that must comply with FBR digital invoicing, the invoice is not finished until FBR accepts it. In Barkah, sales invoices and POS receipts go to FBR from the same screen where they are created, through the PRAL DI API, and come back with the FBR invoice number and QR code. Each company enters its own PRAL token, tests in sandbox and then goes live. Control stays with your team

• Drafts, not surprises — purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sales orders and journal vouchers prepared by Bliss AI are shown as a preview and saved only after a user confirms.
• Same approvals — anything Bliss AI prepares still goes through your approval workflow and accounting period controls.
